+ **Develop consumer-centric innovation pipeline** for long-term growth and brand equity building with leading cross functional team members.  

**What You'll Do for Us:**

+ Manage Alcohol business performance including periodic tracking and course correction recommendations.

+ Develop Alcohol brands growth strategies through LRP and ABP processes.

+ Develop brand annual business plans, including end-to-end strategy development, product & pack launches, and content for consumers and shoppers.

+ Develop a 3-year innovation pipeline with timely alignment with key stakeholders.
