Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for loyalty, offers, and rewards initiatives
- Translate high‑level business goals into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs
- Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics teams to deliver customer‑facing digital features
- Lead the development of offers and rewards experiences, including campaign enablement, redemption flows, and customer journeys
- Drive integration of loyalty features into the broader digital banking platform and ecosystem
