Senior DevOps/Cloud Engineer

We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior DevOps/Cloud Engineer to lead the architectural design, automation, and ongoing optimization of cloud-based contact center infrastructure and modern web platforms. In this role, you will take hands-on technical ownership of constructing, deploying, and maintaining highly available, secure, and resilient production systems. Serving as a core engineering authority, you will build automated deployment pipelines and integrate advanced data, AI, and workflow routing engines to deliver streamlined, citizen-facing communication applications.

Location: Toronto, ON

Duration: 9-month contract
