The role
Reporting to the QLD State Lead you will be responsible for the delivery of industrial projects across Queensland. Your role will cover:

• Working with major tenants for pre-commits and design
• Managing consultants through design and design and construction
• Appointing and managing PM consultants and builders
• Full financial management of projects from feasibility through to project cost management
