Senior Development Manager

Our Client
Is a privately held development group who have an enviable track record in the residential land development sector. This group have an impressive pipeline of developments, ranging from 80-500 lots and a proven track record in developments up to 2000 lots. Due to continued growth in their pipeline, they are currently seeking a Senior Development Manager who has the capability to lead 2-3 developments and a small team of DM and ADM. 

The Role
Joining a tight knit development team and working closely under the leadership of a Development Director, this role will have exposure to the full development lifecycle. You will work take ownership for the feasibility and driving development outcomes across front-end design, town planning, sales/marketing and infrastructure delivery through to settlement.
