Senior Developer

Objective: Lead AI-driven capabilities for Collections and Dispute (Mkanzi AI), with strong applied GenAI execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build AI use cases for Collections & Dispute flows
• AWS Bedrock
• Agent frameworks (AgentCore / orchestration patterns)
• Nova Sonic (voice AI / conversational AI)
• Integrate AI into Amazon Connect journeys (where applicable)
• Evaluate and integrate 3rd-party AI solutions where beneficial
• Guide team on:

Must have:

• Strong hands-on AI/GenAI engineering background
• Experience with AWS Bedrock + LLM integrations
• Exposure to contact centre AI (voice, chat, automation) is a strong plus
• Comfortable working in hybrid stack (AWS native + external AI tools)
