We are seeking a Senior Developer, Electro‑Acoustics to join our Research & Development team and play a key role in the design and development of next‑generation hearing instrument technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical development activities for assigned R&D projects, coordinating responsibilities across team members and reporting project progress to leadership
• Design and evaluate electro‑acoustic circuits, power management systems, battery characterization solutions, and flex PCB designs for hearing instruments
• Support hardware integration efforts by mentoring and guiding junior developers and peers
• Verify hearing instrument performance across electro‑acoustic, EMC, magnetic, wireless, and audio quality requirements
