Job Description

 Senior Desktop Engineer | IT Services / Networking / Switches / SQL 
 Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Desktop Engineer to join their growing team. 
  Key Responsibilities:  
 
 The position will require an engineer capable of building key relationships with end users, including VIP/Executives/Senior Management and their support staff
 Troubleshooting of IT incidents
 Providing 3rd line support for desktop, network, server & switches issues
 Provide support for all incidents and service requests for all IT systems/services
 Providing support in person, over the phone and using MS Teams
 Ensure that incidents and requests are resolved in a timely manner
  The Candidate: 
   The ideal candidate will be experienced across a variety of IT support skills covering Microsoft stack (O365), Servers, Network and some exposure to Switches support. You will also have some basic SQL...
