Senior Designer

**Job Description:**

NOTE: This role is based in New York City and encourages a minimum of two days per week in the SoHo office. Some roles or teams may require additional in-office attendance if the essential functions of the role require it.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We need a dedicated senior designer for the Harry Potter publishing program to support the Creative Director, Editorial Director, and Editor for all things Harry Potter, including all J.K. Rowling publishing (backlist and future publishing).

RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Art direction and design for all new Harry Potter/J.K. Rowling publishing and some licensed HP publishing
+ Creative development of new publishing, working collaboratively with Editorial, with a particular focus on generating proposals of design-led projects
+ File preparation, trafficking, review, and management for all new publishing and related print/digital sales materials
