As a Senior Designer at Global, you’ll shape concepts into engaging presentations and design‑led experiences — carefully crafting layouts, typography, imagery, and flow with the audience always front of mind. From rough sketches to refined final decks, you’ll own the visual journey, making confident decisions on composition, scale, and style. You’ll sit within the internal communications & culture team and partner with senior stakeholders across the business, playing a key role in delivering high‑impact projects and standout initiatives for the CEO and Founder. This role reports into the Director, Talent Development & Culture, and will manage a Junior Video Editor.
