Senior Design Engineer

MANAGEMENT

• Responsible for the overall project operations of the company
• Plan, supervise, execute and follow-up on all project actions and schedules
• Develop work instructions for inspection and testing activities
• Allocation of Manpower to be deployed under respective projects
• Handling situational problems, looking into customer's complaints and initiating corrective actions
• Ensure deficiencies such as customer complaints are resolved on time and proper corrective and preventive actions are taken
• Identify and provide training for Supervisors and operations team
• Lead and motivate a team of Supervisors and operations personnel

PROJECT

• Meet criteria on design, budget, timeline, quality, safety and environmental requirements established for each project
• Conduct or Attend Daily Safety Meeting/Toolbox Meeting
