Position Overview
The Design Head will be responsible for leading the complete tool design function including feasibility, concept development, standardization, team supervision, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The role demands strong technical expertise in sheet metal press tool design along with leadership capability.
Education & Experience
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in sheet metal press tool design
- Strong exposure to stage-wise and progressive tool design
