Job Description
Lead and execute structural design and analysis of ship hull structures.Perform detailed finite element analysis (FEA) for structural integrity, fatigue, and strength assessment.Ensure compliance with classification society rules, statutory requirements, and company standards.Review and validate design calculations, drawings, and technical documents.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including hydrodynamics, outfitting, piping, and production departments.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers in the team.Contribute to continuous improvement of design methodologies, processes, and best practices.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong technical expertise in ship structural design and analysis.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
