Senior Design Engineer

What you’ll do:

The Senior Engineer – Design will be responsible for the product design activities for aircraft fuel and inerting system components. The role will deliver the product design activities for a wide range of aircraft pumps, valves and actuator products spanning the complete product lifecycle from concept development, detailed design, development, verification and qualification through to post‑design support. Producing models and detailed manufacturing drawings using CREO 3D CAD package is preferred; experience with mechanical and electro‑mechanical product design is essential.

• Generate designs of aircraft fuel system products to meet customer requirements using 3D CAD (CREO).
• Complete tolerance lineups, detailed drawings, DFMEAs, Engineering Change Requests, customer approval paperwork and other design‑related activities.
