Summary Use CFD tools to simulate airflow and thermal simulations to evaluate heat flow, temperature, condensation and humidity Develop & deliver state-of-the-art NPI design solutions to improve the aero performance using CFD. Possess expertise in thermal management for motors, batteries, and electronic components Perform Thermal Management/Optimization using Star CCM Perform analytical calculations on reduced or simplified math models to make designing and testing more efficient Correlate physical tests results (Dynamometer lab ) with CFD prediction Participate in developing new CFD methodologies tackling current and future design problems Developing and solving, analytically if possible, numerically if necessary, simplified flow models and general partial differential equations Generating 3D solid models from scratch and defeaturing CAD models supplied by external design groups and producing quality computational meshes Writing technical reports that can be understood by non-experts ...
