About the Role

At Bacardi, Demand Planning is at the core of our transformation toward a data‑driven, insight‑led Integrated Business Planning (IBP) model. As a Senior Demand Planning Analyst, you will develop and manage a robust statistical baseline forecast and translate data into actionable insights that support key business decisions at a global level.

Key Responsibilities

1. Statistical Forecasting & Baseline Ownership: develop, manage, and continuously improve the statistical baseline forecast using historical data, market insights, and advanced tools such as SAP IBP. Apply forecasting techniques (best‑fit models, segmentation, aggregation/disaggregation), validate forecasts through multiple data sources, and manage forecast adjustments within governance frameworks.
