What You’ll Do

• Develop Encore’s demand generation strategy and lead the integrated programs that bring it to life
• Own the funnel from awareness and lead generation through nurture and conversion
• Research, plan, and execute multi-channel campaigns across paid social, search, email, webinars, and events to drive qualified pipeline
• Define targeting and segmentation across finance, insurance, and other key verticals
• Partner with Brand and Communications to bring thought leadership and creative storytelling into every campaign
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations to build the infrastructure, automation, scoring models, and reporting that scale demand generation
