Senior Debt Advisory Associate

We’re looking for a Senior Associate to join our Debt Solutions team, supporting the delivery of Debt Arrangement Schemes (DAS) and related advisory services.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in credit control, debt collections, or financial services who wants to move into a more advisory and client-focused role. You don’t need to have worked in DAS before; we’ll provide full training and support to help you build your knowledge and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of DAS cases from initial client engagement through to ongoing maintenance.
• Liaise with clients, creditors, and internal teams to ensure cases are processed efficiently and in line with Scottish regulations.
• Assess client financial circumstances and assist in preparing appropriate repayment proposals.
• Ensure all case documentation is accurate, compliant, and maintained to the highest standard.
