Senior Dayforce Applications Engineer

Cleveland-Cliffs is seeking a highly skilled Senior Dayforce IT Applications Engineer with strong technical, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities to support our Dayforce HCM platform. This role will be responsible for managing Dayforce configurations, reporting, integrations, release testing, and ongoing support for Payroll, Benefits, HR, and IT stakeholders.


Summary of Responsibilities
+ Dayforce HCM Administration
+ Work closely with Cleveland-Cliffs Payroll, Benefits, HR, and IT teams to understand business needs related to the core Dayforce modules including Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Reporting Analytics and Workforce Management.
+ Maintain organizational structure configurations
+ Develop, maintain, schedule Dayforce custom reports
