Location: Woodville Residential Home, Woodville, Derbyshire.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and support the care team to ensure high quality care and service is always provided to all residents.
• Regularly review care plans and continuously assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
• Engage with residents in conversation at a level and pace that values the individual and respects their dignity and communication differences.
• Administer and record medication as prescribed, accurately monitoring drug dosages for residents.
• Ensure each resident’s dignity and independence is preserved and promoted.
• Encourage each resident to achieve the highest possible quality of life that is right for them.
• Assist residents to participate in discussions about their daily living arrangements.
• Assist with each resident’s personal care as necessary.
