Senior Database Administrator (DBA)

Barts Health ICT is seeking an experienced and skilled Database Administrator (DBA) to lead on the Trust's large SQL database environments and work as part of the ICT Server Team.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, configuring, optimising, and developing the Trust's database infrastructure. You will ensure the availability, performance, integrity, and security of all databases across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SQL Server database administration , including performance tuning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and database design. Experience with virtualisation technologies and their configuration is also essential.
