Mission

As a Senior Data Scientist for the Global Predictive Services and Uptime Solutions Team, you play a vital role in ensuring the quality, delivery, and cost-effectiveness of our operations.

Your responsibilities encompass the following:

• Design and develop software applications which meet the needs of Customer Centers with an immediate focus on the rapid development of a bespoke, automated data analytics platform to provide regional Customer Data analysis and actionable insights to support continuous improvement processes.
• Apply AI and machine learning techniques to support data analysis and enhance the effectiveness of ongoing development projects across the region.
• Collect, clean, and analyze operational and equipment data from internal systems and customer sources to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
