Senior Data Scientist

**Overview**

We are seeking a **Senior Data Scientist** to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced analytical models and machine learning solutions that drive mission and business impact. This role requires deep expertise in statistical modeling, feature engineering, ML experimentation, and applied problem solving. The Senior Data Scientist will lead project workstreams, guide modeling strategy, mentor junior team members, and partner with engineering, product, and mission stakeholders to translate analytical insights into actionable outcomes.
