**Overview**
As part of Microsoft AI, we run Microsoft’s unified monetization platform across the Microsoft ecosystem — including Bing, MSN, Microsoft Edge, Outlook, CoPilot, etc. It powers large scale ads marketplace that connects millions of businesses with high-quality Microsoft-owned and partner inventory across search and the Microsoft Audience Network. The Live Marketplace Management team sits at the center of this ecosystem—using data, experimentation, and machine learning to keep the marketplace healthy, efficient, and trustworthy while delivering measurable outcomes for advertisers and sustainable yield for publishers. We build measurement foundations, develop metrics and causal analyses, and drive product and policy decisions that balance relevance, monetization, user experience, and compliance at scale.
