Senior Data Engineer (Think‑it Phase)

Location: Wrocław, Poland (Hybrid – 2 days per week from the office)

Contract type: B2B

Rate: 160–180 PLN/hour
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer with architectural ambition to work in the early “Think‑it” phase of data initiatives. You will collaborate closely with a Business Analyst to translate business hypotheses into target data architecture and implementation‑ready designs. This role offers strong exposure to data and analytics architecture.
Responsibilities
Co‑design data solutions with the Business Analyst 
Define target cloud‑native data architecture (scalable, secure) 
Design logical and physical data models, data flows, and integrations 
Assess feasibility, risks, dependencies, and complexity early
