Job Description – Senior Data Engineer (Snowflake & Data Warehouse Migration Specialist)

We're looking for a hands-on

Senior Data Engineer

with strong expertise in

Snowflake, Data Warehousing, and Data Migration

to build and modernize enterprise data platforms.

Key Requirements:
✅ 5–7 years of Data Engineering experience
✅ 4+ years of hands-on Snowflake experience
✅ Strong expertise in Data Warehouse/Data Lake architecture
✅ End-to-end experience in migrating legacy/on-prem data platforms to Snowflake
✅ Advanced SQL, Data Modeling, ETL/ELT, and Python skills
✅ Experience with Azure/AWS/GCP (any one cloud platform)
✅ Ability to independently own architecture, development, migration, and optimization initiatives

Good to Have:
➕ Databricks experience
➕ HRMS/HCM/Payroll domain exposure
➕ CDC & Real-Time Data Integration experience
