Senior Data Engineer

About the role
We're looking for a Data Engineer with hands-on Databricks experience to design, build, and scale modern data platforms that power analytics, AI, and operational decision-making. You'll work on real production pipelines—not toy datasets—using cloud-native architectures and best-in-class tooling. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning messy data into reliable, high-performance data products and wants to be close to both the business and technology.
What you will do:
Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake)
Develop and optimize ETL / ELT workflows for batch and streaming data
Implement medallion architectures (Bronze / Silver / Gold) and data quality frameworks
Optimize Spark jobs for performance, cost, and reliability
Partner with analytics, data science, and application teams to deliver trusted datasets
