Senior Data Centre Facility Engineer

The role is responsible for managing and supporting daily data centre facility operations to ensure data centre uptime, operational reliability, and efficient facility management. This includes coordinating maintenance activities, monitoring facility performance, managing data centre hosting service provider SLA and uptime, utility and billing verification, as well as supporting infrastructure and facility-related projects. The role also oversees office facilities operations including office building facilities, security systems, and workplace infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Data Centre (DC) service delivery with oversight of vendor performance, ensuring SLA compliance, uptime, and operational stability.
• Monitor health of systems and infrastructure platforms, performing analysis and supporting capacity planning for future growth and projects.
