What this role is

You'll own product and business data analytics — instrumentation, experiments, dashboards. You will report to the Head of Product, and you're in the room before features are built, not after.

What you'll do

• Join product reviews before engineering starts to confirm we can actually measure what we're building.
• Work with the PM to translate product goals into measurable metric specs — confirm what's trackable, flag what isn't before engineering starts.
• Keep behavioral analytics data honest. Validate events, catch gaps, push engineering to fix them with a clear spec.
• Cross-check numbers across analytics tools regularly and own it when they diverge.
• Build BI dashboards the team can use without asking you.
