Ideally, you are proficient at applying business intelligence and data analysis skills to financial reporting and workforce management use cases. The role has significant exposure to Senior Leadership and opportunities to collaborate with business stakeholders and data professionals alike.

Your day-to-day will involve workforce and capacity planning, budget analysis, and reporting by delivering actionable insights that connect operational performance, staffing trends, and business results.
