Senior Customer Project Manager

NVIDIA is looking for a Senior Customer Project Manager. The customer project manager will be responsible for the definition, planning and execution of multidisciplinary projects with the company's strategic customers. Direct communication with customers, sales team and technical field teams, as well as most of development and operations teams in the development center. Accountable and responsible for the success of all agreed-upon customer programs.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Own the customer deliverables, projects and support cases across the entire lifecycle according to various relevant KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and customer SLAs (Service Level Agreements).

• Understand the customer roadmap, processes and culture: how it aligns to Nvidia’s roadmap; map and address any gaps; general requirements, the “language” and product lifecycle.

• Communicate directly with the customer in coordination with Sales, BizDev, Support ...
