The Role The Senior Cropping Manager will lead all cropping operations across 8,000ha (7,000ha dryland, 1,000ha irrigated), reporting to the Aggregation Manager. This is a strategic and operational role overseeing crop planning, irrigation, agronomy, infrastructure redevelopment, and team leadership.
