                Here's what we need  As Senior CRO Manager, reporting to our Head of UX and CRO, you will ensure RocketMill delivers exceptional optimisation and experimentation services by leading the CRO programme across a portfolio of client accounts and supporting the strategic growth of the service area.
 You will have experience in managing a high performing team, delivering successful programmes of work and driving business value in an agency environment.
 Leveraging your expertise with a range of analytics, testing and insight tools, you will confidently apply analysis, UX innovation, behavioural insights, and technology to enhance our clients’ digital experiences. 
 Your commercial acumen will motivate you to drive revenue growth for our clients and for RocketMill – you will be working with the head of dept. to build out the agency’s CRO portfolio and product offering, creating future growth.
