As a ROC Critical Environment Technician, you will immerse yourself in the heart of our operations, taking the helm in our state-of-the-art Regional Operations Center. Your day will be dynamic, handling critical alarms and coordinating closely with local teams to ensure the seamless performance of our data centers.

Your expertise will be pivotal in maintaining operational integrity and driving incident resolution, all within a collaborative and high-performance environment. This role allows for remote work flexibility based on Manager discretion.
