We currently have a vacancy for a Senior Crisis Care Practitioner (Band 7) within the Crisis, Assessment and Treatment Team (CAHTT) in Ealing.

This is a senior clinical role within a fast‑paced, multidisciplinary community mental health team that provides assessment and short‑term, home‑based treatment for individuals experiencing acute mental health crises and at risk of hospital admission. The service operates on the frontline of community mental health care and is relied upon by other services for urgent clinical support.

As a key member of CAHTT, you will work closely with the Single Point of Access (SPA), contributing to timely triage, robust gatekeeping and effective care pathways.
