Senior Credit Risk Manager

- Lead credit underwriting for all retail asset classes – vehicle financing, Mortgages.

- Underwriting in line with pre agreed partners policies and industry best practices.

- Demonstrated capability of writing credit policies, SOP’s.

- Ability to understand Business Rule Engine and analyse loan portfolio data on a real time basis to review existing BRE’s, deviations matrix and efficacy of the same in order to reject potential high-risk business.

- Keep abreast of latest tools and market practices for underwriting.

- Good people manager who can handle a large team and build a steady stream of trained people.

Possess good understanding of RBI guidelines to ensure business build up is in compliance to the regulatory expectations and be the first line of defence along with the Business team.
