Why This Role Matters
As Senior Credit Manager, North America, you will own how Kona extends credit, collects from dealers, and protects cash across our most important markets. You will report directly to the CFO, lead a small team of two, and shape the policies that determine our cash flow trajectory through 2027 and beyond. This is a high-visibility leadership role with a clear mandate: bring discipline, judgment, and strategy to a function that is central to Kona's restart.
What You'll Do – Credit Strategy and Operations
- Own the North American credit policy framework, including dealer evaluation, credit limits, and periodic reviews
- Lead collections strategy to reduce past-due balances and improve Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
- Manage escalated credit decisions, including credit holds, shipment releases, write-offs, and high-risk account resolution
