What You’ll Do

• Own and manage Prenuvo’s litigation and pre‑litigation docket, including commercial disputes, medical malpractice claims, employment‑related claims, and other general litigation matters.
• Direct outside counsel strategy across multiple jurisdictions; manage discovery, witness preparation, settlement evaluation, and trial readiness.
