Senior Counsel – Latin America (Spanish-speaking markets)
We are seeking an experienced Senior Counsel to provide strategic and operational legal support across Spanish-speaking countries in Latin America. This role requires strong business acumen, independent decision‑making, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
Key responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive legal support to business teams, including commercial contracts, marketing review, disputes, intellectual property, ethics, and compliance.
Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with internal policies.
Review advertising materials, campaigns, packaging, and labeling to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Support dispute management, including coordination with external counsel and oversight of litigation and arbitration matters.
