Working with the Senior Counsel and leadership, you will provide legal insights, guide internal personnel, and manage high-stakes litigation files. Key Responsibilities:
• Handle day-to-day claims litigation activities
• Work closely with colleagues to resolve litigation
• Attend and present at court hearings and mediations
• Provide legal training and support to staff
• Recommend process improvements to mitigate risks
Requirements:
• At least 6 years of relevant litigation experience
• Juris Doctor or equivalent degree
• Alberta law licensing required
