Key Responsibilities:
• Lead FOI portfolio management and implementation
• Advise on privacy impact assessments and compliance
• Review legislation to identify potential compliance gaps
• Drive development of training and resources
• Monitor regulatory trends affecting privacy practice
Requirements:
• LL.B or JD with Law Society of Ontario membership
• Minimum of 3 years’ privacy and compliance experience
