Senior Counsel (Commercial Contracts, 6 Months Temporary/Fixed Term Contract)

Requirements

• Minimum 12-15 years of post-qualification legal experience
• US or UK Law Degree
• Admitted and registered as a solicitor in the UK or to practise in the US
• (Desirable) Excellent research, writing and drafting skills
• (Desirable) Exceptional communication skills (oral and written)
• (Desirable) Strong organizational skills
• (Desirable) Incisive analytical thinker and a self‑starter
• (Desirable) Energetic and dynamic
• (Desirable) Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• (Desirable) Ability to work under tight timeframes
• (Desirable) Company secretarial experience
• (Desirable) Experience of working in scientific, software engineering or computer science industries
