This very well known multi-disciplinary professional services consultancy is looking to add a Senior Cost Manager to its Dublin based team.

In order to be consider for this fantastic opportunity, applicants should meet the majority of the following criteria -

- Degree Qualified – BSc or MSc – in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management
- Professionally Qualified – ideally Chartered Quantity Surveying Status with the RICS, CIOB or other equivalent institution
- Understanding a variety of project types/sizes/sectors but preferably including Residential and Commercial
- Understanding of RIAI and GCCC standard forms of contract
- Experience of preparing bid submissions
- Prior line-management experience or mentoring
- Proven ability to advise clients and design teams on procurement, cost, value and risk, not just cost in isolation
