Senior Cost Engineer

Be responsible for new project cost calculation(including material, machine, labor, tooling, etc.), analysis and tracking.

Support sales to improve and modify different quotation scenarios.

Improve part EBIT through VAVE and maintain DB data.

Support process team to apply for CAPAX.

Communicate with sales, SCM, process, AE, logistics and finance department to finish whole project calculations.

Be aware of extrusion, HPDC and other process, also know internal process.

Run comparisons between actual cost and standard product costings and derive and follow up action plans to assure profitability in line with targets.

Support to improve accuracy of the costing information.
