We are seeking a

Senior Cost Consultant

with 5+ years of experience to join our Vancouver Infrastructure team. You will support cost planning and estimating across a range of civil and transit projects, working within a multidisciplinary environment and contributing to projects from early concept through completion.

Job Description

Prepare construction cost estimates (Class 5 to Class 1) for infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, tunnels, LRT, transit, utilities, and municipal civil works.

Take ownership of estimates and present cost plans to senior team members.

Support cost validation, benchmarking, and review of contractor cost submissions.

Apply Value Management and optioneering techniques where appropriate.

Conduct cost analysis, cost checking, and valuation work.

Maintain awareness of local BC market rates (labour, equipment, materials).
