• Weekly measurements and analysis
• Monthly profit improvement plan analysis
• Monthly operating expenses analysis
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Cycle count and physical inventory
• Check on warehouse use of Mapics IM
• Maintain raw material standard cost and current standard in Mapics
• Maintain labor rates and overhead rates in Mapics
• Query data from Mapics for special analysis
• Duty exempt materials tracking
• Scrap rate, yield and factory spoilage analysis
• Product margin analysis
• Sales price and product mix analysis
• Competitor cost analysis
