This well‑known Scottish law firm is recruiting a Senior Corporate Solicitor to join its highly regarded Corporate team based in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lawyer operating at a senior level who is keen to manage their own clients and play a key role in the continued growth of the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Advising on a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and company sales
Leading corporate matters from initial structuring through to completion
Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted adviser to business owners and stakeholders
Supporting company formations, reorganisations and ongoing corporate governance requirements
