PROFILE

Gowling WLG is seeking a full-time senior Corporate Paralegal for our Corporate Services group in our Business Law department. The successful candidate will assist professionals by performing legal analysis, researching and preparing legal documents, and other tasks involved in the management of the file in various areas of law. This position receives limited direction or guidance; tasks and objectives are accomplished independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES
