We are looking for a Senior Recruiter – Non IT to drive end-to-end hiring for business, operations, SCM, retail, and corporate functions. This role is purely focused on recruitment, handling 7–10 positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to closure)

Handle 7–10 active positions at a time

Partner closely with hiring managers

Drive sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations

Ensure strong TAT and quality of hire

Maintain recruitment reports and pipelines

Requirements

5–8 years of experience in Non IT hiring
