Senior Corporate Counsel - Environmental Litigation & Regulatory

**POSITION SUMMARY:** The Senior Corporate Counsel - Environmental Litigation & Regulatory is responsible for managing and providing legal counseling and advice to the Company on a wide range of environmental, regulatory and toxic tort claims, demands, investigations, litigation and other legal matters.

**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Manage a diverse portfolio of environmental and related matters, including CERCLA/Superfund, property damage, toxic tort, negligence, nuisance, trespass, indemnity, insurance coverage, and other claims and litigation.
+ Provide legal and strategic support to cross‑functional teams (Engineering & Environmental Compliance, Sustainability, Post Collections Operations Support, and others) on environmental and regulatory compliance, disclosures, investigations, remedial actions, Superfund projects, transaction diligence, and internal policies, procedures, and training.
